UNIT 402 Promote a positive health and safety culture
for 402.1 , i wrote about a health and safety week that we did at work. I used the evidence from the safety week to enhance the commitment from managers etc
In my report i wrote about the things that we did and the benefits etc
For 402.2 i wrote about developing links with HSE, managersa, safety committee etc. How do i support then and what is my role. I used the minutes from the meetings for evidence
My report was approximately 2000 words and i have 5 pieces of evidence for the whole unit.
I wonder if anyone can give me some guidance, I am just starting element 402 and I seem to have and can produce plenty of evidence of implementing a positive safety culture but the narratives seem to be asking for 'information given regarding the benefits of a positive H&S culture', We all know the benefits (don't we??) I wonder if some one can point me in the right direction please.
I am sort of enjoying it and found it has made me think of things in a much wider context. I also like the open ended approach. Not sure I could deal with the pressure of exams looming, so the right choice for me too. health and safety trainers

2) there are less accidents
3) more people are interested in H&S
4) more people passing NEBOSH courses etc

newpaper reports
quiz amongst employees
loads of evidence for grabs in safety weeks for this unit (and others may i add)
