Carl Thanks for that. I do have to meet with the fire service tocheck access into parks etc for vehicles when we are having fun fairs would that kind of thing be OK do you think?

Fire Service, Environmental Health or visits from HSE inspector etc
You could contact your HSE inspector for advice to help "create" evidence
